COFFEE SOAKED CHIA SEED PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

The ultimate "pick me up" snack. Change the way you snack. SERVES 1.


INGREDIENTS

- 140g frozen banana

- 300ml water

- 1 shot of coffee with 1tsp chia seed, left to soak

- A handful or two of spinach leaves

- 4 ice cubes, optional

- 40g protein powder, I used Macro Mike Snickerdoodle


METHOD

  1. Soak the chia seed first

  2. Then add all the ingredients to a nutri-bullet and go for gold!

  3. Enjoy as a pick me up in the afternoon or for Breakfast.







*Less calorie counting more intuitive eating





* I felt very nourished and energised all through out the rest of my day.

Energy levels stayed consistent and my mood was stabilised. Felt good.
